GWDC offers a wide range of day care program for preschoolers older than twenty-five month. The program allows mothers to develop their potential free from the burden of child-rearing.
GWDC provides housing to low-income single mother households as well as a variety of self-reliance development programs such as job training, career counseling, self-reliance motivation classes, and themed camps such as empowerment camps, winter family camps, etc.
An Open Library contains books and resources related to women with easy access to the information they want and need.
GWDC offers shuttle buses to increase the accessibility of its services to residents of distant areas, and provides user-oriented spaces such as an IT/CT research room, IT practice room, fitness room, lounge, tennis court, screening room, multi-purpose hall and commissary
