Our vision

"Women empowering the world and future" describe our aspiration for the future. it provides insight, offer motivation, and point the way forward as we seek to grow and achieve our goals. Our mission and vision will be achieved by living according to values that speak to the economic, social, and environmental responsibilities of our society by which will be done through effective strategy implementation in terms of four broad themes.

by reconstructing IT training and management courses on-line that used to be offered just at conventional classroom settings, an integrated on and off-line education system has been created. With this as the foundation ground, Gyeonggi Women's Development Center aspires to become an education hub for women to unleash their potential through lifelong learning.

GWDC will becom a world renowned e-HRD hub for women, based on blended learning that combines off-line training and on-line learning.

GWDC will expand its business incubator program thereby becoming Gyeonggi Women's Business Support Center in order to provide comprehensive business support services.

Through the construction of necessary infrastructure and strategic network, GWDC will be a stronghold for career and inter-organizational development of women.

By sharing its accumulated knowledge and information in developing the special resources that women possess, the GWDC will fulfill its mission as being the true hear of women's advancement
