¡°Without resume, it will be hard to get an interview and without interview, you cannot get a job.¡±


Write down your name, birthday, address, contact number. Place your contact number in the upper right corner of the resume. The information regarding your relationship with the head of your family is from the perspective of your father so indicate if you are the firstborn daughter, etc. Do attach your photos and use identification photo that you recently have taken.

Normally, your high school education is the starting point. Be specific about your career history and if you do not have much career history, write down your experience of part time jobs or internships.

Certificates that the government authorized has date and the issuing institution¡¯s name. If it is related to your work, certificates that had been issued privately will help as well. Write down the awards you received while you were a student. If you consider the work that the company that you are applying for does before writing down other details, it will also help. Write down your experience in volunteer work, club membership, studying abroad for language, and others.


It does not have a specific format but normally your background, personality, your strength and weakness, career achievements, reasons for applying, your vision, etc will need to be in the cover letter.

Write down unique episodes and experiences from your high school and college days. Refrain from writing your life down as if you were writing a history book with stiff writing style.

Emphasize your good qualities and minimize your weaknesses by writing down how you are trying to overcome your negative aspects. In terms of your personality, write it down in relation to your work. For example, when applying for service related work, kind and nice personality is a big plus while accounting job will want a person with thoroughness.

When applying for job that need career history, mention the achievements from your past jobs and how it will affect your new job.


Research about the vision, business area, history and other details of the company you¡¯re applying for and write down your vision in the closest manner that the company would want.
